Woolworths Car Insurance

My car has been written off by drunk, 28 years old P-plate holder. My car then crashed into another car (call this car no. 1 – has been written off as well) and this no. 1 car has crashed into another car (call this car no. 2) (all three cars were parked at that moment). Woolworth s solving process is very dodgy as they had no idea about alcohol in the bloodstream of the drunk P plate holder. P-plate holder did not mention my car in the claim he made, so basically he has made a fraudulent claim what Woolworths does not seem to bother to investi

gate. However, when calling them to ask about any updates, Woolworths are repeating themselves over the phone, saying they have to validate the claim, even though car nr. 2 (owner is the neighbor) has been already processed into the settlement and was paid off by them. But, what about me. How long do I have to wait until Woolworth will do something about it? Especially when I need the car for a work purpose. so disappointed, upset, angry with that terrible, appalling customer service .

Rang got a quote and was given a quote number. Price of quote was way more than others so I got told to email my renewal slip for a price beat. Did this multiple times and around 10 phone calls over 10 days to find my quote they give me had dissapearded and they have no record of me. I was assured the issue would be fixed and still nothing 3 weeks later. Terrible customer service always a excuse as to why it s taken so long then nothing at all they ve just wiped me.
Never recommend them to anyone and the price beat is just a joke they will just loose your details.

Feel very terrible signing up insurance with them. I was told they use the same insurance company in backend for all claims.

I called for claim for car insurance. Other driver was at fault, and taken full responsibility of the claim. This guys insisted to long claim with them otherwise they will charge me half access to process with claim which doesn t make sense. Total waste of money. I have 14 families under Woolworth and will be pulling them off the policy shortly.

I have demanded to speak with senior in ththe company and still awaiting call back 7 days over.

Don t get in. Be aware. You are wasting your money.

The claim has still not been processed and it has been 4 weeks since i called up woolsworth to nominate a mechanic to get a car fixed. It shouldnt normally take this long to process everything right? My mechanic told me that the delay may be because the assessors are busy. Nevertheless, not being at fault for the accident i feel as though it should not take this long, especially considering the extensive damage it has done to my car.
