We’re sorry you did not receive the preferred seat you paid for and will refund your $30, the airline wrote.

Additionally, your insults about our other customers and employees are unacceptable and unnecessary.

Despite the response, Coulter continued to berate the airline.

$30! It cost me $10,000 of my time to pre-select the seat I wanted, investigate type of plane go back periodically to review seat options, Coulter wrote.

    Who is Ann Coulter?

Coulter has been dubbed the Katie Hopkins of America .

The right-wing, Trump-supporting commentator has gained a reputation for offending countless minority groups with her outspoken views.

Last year, Coulter was attacked after calling the father of slain soldier Humayun Khan a snarling Muslim after he criticised Donald Trump at a Democratic National Convention Speech.

Mr Trump had already caused a furore by suggesting that Khizr Khan had spoken out against him alone because his wife was not allowed to speak.

Coulter supported the then-Presidential hopeful, saying: I don t know America very well if they want to listen to a snarling Muslim lecture them and tell us we re not allowed to have opinions on important public policy issues unless we had a son die in Iraq.”

    Coulter has written 12 books

The former lawyer has a long history of making Islamophobic comments.

After the 9/11 attacks, she famously wrote: We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity.

Five years later she suggested that Islam is a car-burning cult with a predilection for violence.

Coulter has also offended the Jewish community, and in 2015 tweeted how many f***ing Jews do these people think there are in the United States? during a rant about Republican candidates expressing solidarity with Israel.

The post sparked the hashtag #IStandWithAnn, which was used in many anti-semitic tweets.

Coulter later defended her words, saying: My point was this whole culture of virtue-signalling where debates are about nothing.

Look, Republicans all agree 100 percent that we are pro-Israel, pro-Life, pro-gun. So why do we spend so much time on these issues? It s just pandering, so who are they pandering to?

In the same year, Coulter said on Fusion TV: If you don t want to be killed by Isis, don t go to Syria. If you don t want to be killed by a Mexican, there s nothing I can tell you.

She then refused to hug a woman who said she was an undocumented immigrant.

In 2016, ahead of the presidential election, Coulter claimed that a Hillary Clinton victory would be the end of America .

The country will be overwhelmed, more than it already is, with the third world, she said.

At around the same time, Coulter appeared on Comedy Central s Roast of Rob Lowe.

She became the butt of so many vicious jokes that she herself dubbed the programme the Ann Coulter roast with Rob Lowe .

Coulter trained and worked as a lawyer, and made her first national television appearance in 1996 as a legal correspondent on MSNBC. She has since appeared on broadcasters such as CNN and Fox News and has published 12 books, earning her a fortune estimated at 6.5 million ($8.5 million), according to

She has reportedly been engaged several times, but has never married and has no children.
