The car buying process is getting better and more enjoyable for consumers as more car dealers realise that good cars and good service is the only way they are going to get good customers! Times have definitely changed since the days of Arthur Daley – and if you can’t remember him, lucky you, Google him! So, our advice:

1. Be open minded. Not all car salesman are just after your money – some (like ours) will offer genuinely useful advice

3. Spend time researching. After all, that’s what the internet is for.

4. Get feedback on dealers and cars from friends and family. There are a lot of review sites that will also now help you research, giving genuine reviews and feedback. Feel free to check out our customer reviews and feedback on Feefo.
