Welcome:

The economy has been difficult for many in Northeast Ohio. Many families, through no fault of their own, find themselves falling further and further behind financially. Whether your debts result from a loss of employment, catastrophic illness, or simply trying to make ends meet, bankruptcy is designed to give you a fresh start and allow you to begin rebuilding your credit.

I have been a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio since 1991, and have been filing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcies for nearly 10 years. I also was a former assistant prosecuting attorney with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office.

Bankruptcy is not for everyone. However, I would be happy to discuss your situation to determine whether bankruptcy is appropriate. Moreover, I strongly feel that people should not be taken advantage of just because of an economic situation beyond their control. As such, I believe my fees are extremely reasonable compared to other firms. My attorney fee for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is $500.00 (plus $335.00 filing fee) and payment plans are available. My attorney fee for a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy is $2,000.00 (plus $310.00 filing fee). However, only $600.00 in attorney fees is paid up front, and the remainder ($1,400.00) is paid by the trustee out of the Chapter 13 payment plan.

I have convenient locations in Westlake, Independence and Beachwood. I am also available for home visits or a mutually convenient location (for Canton and Akron clients). Please contact me if you’d like anymore information.
