Daniel Barry is the founder and director of Insider TV having originally started the company in Shanghai, then expanding it to Hong Kong, and other key destinations throughout Asia Pacific.

Daniel is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur in the US and Asia, with extensive experience in start-ups, marketing, negotiations, content, business development, and strategy.

Andrew Jeffery

Andrew is a successful business leader and entrepreneur with 25 years’ experience in both traditional and new media.

He has a proven track record of working in multi-cultural organisations – working with multi-cultural teams.

As the co-founder of Insider TV, his core responsibilities are to drive all lines of revenue, distribution, production and strategy for the APAC markets.

With more than 15 years of award-winning TV production experience, Freya has successfully branded and launched new TV channels such as Sony Entertainment Television, AXN Beyond, and Singapore’s first Hokkien Channel under Singtel MioTV – the Jiale Channel. Her roles range from leading a team, production of On-Air promos, Branding to Marketing, and PR events. Other than producing a wide range of video genres such as Television Commercials, Trailers, Interstitials and Microfilm, Freya also brings leadership experience, coaching expertise, budgeting knowledge, and client servicing skills to the table.

Joyce was first joined this company in 2009. She started the business in Hong Kong and Macau; and then developed Southern part of China. She also signed up the first hotel to have INTV in Kuala Lumpur.

She has a proven track record of signing deals with hotels and MNCs.

With great connections over the region, Joyce continues to expand the business in Hong Kong and China.

Mildred Pagalilauan

Mildred joined the Insider TV team in October 2016 as Financial Controller.
Leading the Finance team, Mildred is responsible for the delivery of financial services such as accounting, reporting, budgeting and financial management, in accordance with the group’s policies, rules and regulations, as well as its organisational strategies.

Mildred has over 20 years experience in providing professional services across a broad range of finance areas including compliance, business process, business advisory and consultancy. Prior to joining Insider TV, Mildred held senior finance positions working with the Philippine Government, as well as eCommerce, Manufacturing, Tech startups and accounting firms in Singapore since 2008.

Alvin Santos

Alvin has been in the post-production industry for more than 13 years now. At Insider TV he uses his experience to review most of the videos made by the post-production team and offer guidance wherever needed. Outside of the office, Alvin loves spending time with his wife and 2 kids and when if he has any have spare time after that, playing PC games.

Joni Benedictos

Joni has been in the post-production industry for almost a decade now. At INTV, she is spearheading the post-production team as the Post-Production Supervisor. She makes sure that every project is delivered on or before the deadline.

A hobbyist photographer, Joni spends her free time travelling and sharing her photograph around the world.

Charmie Magno

Charmie has been part of the team for almost two years now. She is responsible for coordinating with the clients for their production needs. Aside from coordinating, Charmie also produces video for the company. She is mostly part of the pre-production planning for the team. Here she makes presentations and decks for sales and marketing pitch.

Charmie is also responsible for managing the company’s website, Facebook and Linkedin
