Eastern has been a trusted advisor for 20 plus years. Both of our companies have come a long way and seen lots of changes. Eastern has always helped us understand and stay ahead of our challenges. If we needed to grow they helped. If we needed to cut back they helped. We appreciate everything they do and really like our new all-inclusive Print Management contract.

The support I receive from Eastern is really great! My technician and Help Desk support really took his time and figured out what the problem and get it resolved. He was very patient and he listened to all of my concerns and understood exactly what was going on! I love the resolve in minutes over the phone or online. Thank you Eastern.

We use Eastern MPN for our technical support at our Payroll Company. I didn’t believe it could be true… but the correct cartridge shows up for the correct printer before we even know it needs it…every time it is in fact out of toner. So we replace and recycle….It’s Great. They have always been quick but this is incredible. We are very happy customer.

Excellent customer service every time! We’ve been using them for all of our 4 campuses and the response time is always within a day if not in minutes for online support. If they need to follow up, we’re notified immediately and given an accurate schedule for completion. Doesn’t get much better!

They get to us right away – They work with us because they know we are a knowledgeable customer and we can resolve issues with the right tool and support! They come with a positive attitude and have great troubleshooting skills. I can call for service or use our specific portal into Eastern. That keeps me posted on all supplies and support. I highly recommend Eastern!

I want to let you know about Jon A. I have seen him grow as a person professionally and personally. We have seen his family grow over the years. He is always curious and professional. I don’t know how this level of support can be offered by the impersonal companies that we hear from every day. Eastern has always been there for us. I cannot believe the new app that they set up for us to translate contracts into Chinese. We are able to communicate information to our clients that was before a real challenge.
