Chubb Interactive services allow you to stay secure and connected, see instantly what’s going on, manage and control your property all from the convienience of your smart phone or mobile tablet.
Watch live feeds from your property right on your phone, tablet or computer. See what s happening anywhere on your property, at any time. Get video clips sent directly to you when the front door opens, the alarm goes off or there is motion in the back room or anywhere else.

Dialler Monitoring

Alarm dialler communications requires a standard phone line, or PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network). Each time the alarm system creates and sends a signal to our monitoring centre s alarm receivers, the relevant call cost will be charged by your phone service provider. Alarm systems routinely send signals every day (or week) to test the communication path is intact and naturally when an alarm event occurs. This type of communication setup is most commonly used in low risk residential and small commercial premises.

Chubb operates two ASIAL certified Grade A1 Monitoring Centres in Australia which allows Chubb in the event of a natural disaster or major technical fault to switch monitoring and phone calls to either monitoring centre within seconds. Having two geographically seperated centres also allows load sharing in peak times which ensures prompt actioning of all critical alarm events and ensures a continuous standard of service delivery.
