The differences between an Avenue associate and a traditional REALTOR company or franchise are surprisingly stark.
Experience – A REALTOR at one of the large franchises averages only four transactions per year while some may not have any transaction experience at all. Ask your associate about their level of experience and you will see the difference. Many of our partners and associates do more in one year than other REALTORS will do in an entire career.
Professionalism – Most agents at a large franchise real estate office work only part time, many have other full time careers and most only sell real estate on the side. Every associate at Avenue is a full time real estate consultant who specializes in their field.
Services Fees – Almost every traditional real estate franchise and their REALTORS offer only one service and one set commission rate. Our firm believes that one size does not fit all and our associates prefer to take a consultative role by customizing services and costs specifically to your unique situation.
