We Know How Insurance Companies Work

We know the tricks insurance companies often play to try to get out of having to pay injury victims. That’s because we both used to work for the insurance companies. We learned how they value personal injury claims, and why they agree to settle some cases but not others. We also witnessed which strategies used by personal injury attorneys beat the insurance companies at their own game. Now we put that knowledge to work for you.

If the insurance company makes you a lowball offer, we will fight to get you the compensation you deserve. Often, we are able to negotiate a favorable settlement. But if the insurance company won’t budge, we won’t hesitate to fight them in court. We love to litigate, and our victories include many sizable awards for clients.

Our firm limits the number of cases we handle at any one time. That way, we can give your case more attention and focus on getting the best possible outcome for your claim. We’ve found this approach gets the best results for clients.

Serving Nebraska and Iowa
