PrivateFly connects our customers to a network of accredited, global private jet operators, to find the best aircraft for every flight. Whilst we have stringent service level requirements for every operator’s aircraft and crew, we do not own or operate aircraft ourselves. We therefore do not recruit pilots or flight attendants.

Office Assistant (UK)

PrivateFly is looking for an Office/Executive Assistant to join our UK team. This is a full-time role based in our offices in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

  • English fluency essential with fluent/native European language preferred

Administrator (apprenticeship)

As part of our global expansion, the company is looking for an Administrator to join our dynamic team based in St Albans, Herts.

The core of the role would be liaising with our Sales, Finance and Accounts teams and our suppliers, making sure the administration of our sales process is efficient and seamless.

  • Providing organised administrative support to our Sales team including contract management, invoicing and reporting.
  • Ensuring supplier contracts and invoices are received and processed on time.
  • Providing organised support to our Admin department.
  • Working with our Finance and Accounts Team to continually improve efficiency and back office processes.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for suppliers and visitors.
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly and maintaining stock and supply of stationery and other items.
  • Ad-hoc support to the Marketing and Development teams to assist them during busy times and projects.
  • Excellent technology and computer skills including Excel and Word.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • An interest or knowledge of aviation and geography would be an advantage.
