1. Hazelden Springbrook, Newberg

This Hazelden campus, part of the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, keeps up the foundation’s acclaimed reputation. They specialize in addiction treatment for those with co-occurring trauma disorders and are recognized for their health care program and opiate addiction treatment program. They are at the forefront of putting into action the newest research and discoveries in addiction treatment.

2. SOS CLUB Inc, Salem

Salem’s oldest membership club promoting sobriety, SOS CLUB Inc offers a place where those looking to get and stay sober can participate in meetings and socialize with like-minded individuals. The club hosts events like car washes, holiday dinners, fundraisers, and other ways that make it easy for people to get involved and find support.

3. Raphael Cushnir, Portland

An alternative to those looking for a traditional rehab center, Raphael Cushnir is a lecturer, author and coach in personal and professional development. He seeks to counsel those suffering from addiction by helping the individual understand their emotional disconnect from their own emotions. His theory is that in becoming emotionally in tune, addictions and compulsions come to an end.

Awakenings treats women in 4 phases, the first 3 consisting of 30 days and the last as aftercare or outpatient treatment. Each phase is tailored to the specific needs of the individuals.

8. Bridgeway, Salem

At Bridgeway, where they promise “Freedom Through Recovery,” clients can participate in residential, outpatient and corrections treatment in a variety of programs. Clients in residential treatment work through 35 hours of active therapy each week. Outpatient treatment lasts up to 90 days, with 5 hours of active therapy each week. Their corrections services aims to help past offenders lower their risk of reoffending.

9. Best Care Treatment Services, Redmond

Best Care Treatment Services’ Redmond locations provide residential and outpatient with emphases in alcohol and drug addiction treatment, dual diagnosis therapy, mental health therapy and pain management. They also offer support before entering rehab as well as continued support after leaving.

10. Old Town Recovery Center, Portland

Old Town Recovery Center is part of Oregon’s Central City Concern, a nonprofit agency dedicated to helping those impacted by homelessness, poverty and addiction. Individuals with severe mental illness and addiction, many of which are homeless, can receive treatment which includes counseling, case management, addiction treatment and co-occurring disorder treatment.
